I recommend ordering this in a size smaller. The flair was a bit large but I found a way to put a safety pin in it and make it smaller. I still have to do more alterations but I’ll get there.

SHEIN recommended and didn’t disappoint. Flattering even if you have no chest. If it sits loose, bring the shoulder straps tighter and it goes up higher on your chest where your chest is wider. The double layer skirt is bouncy and cute AF.
